As part of the team that brought you the "Best Couture Shop" Morris/Essex County, "NJ must Shops" and Elle's favorite New Jersey boutique,  ATELIER is the trendsetter for style in NJ.  Located in downtown Montclair in the center of the shopping district, Atelier is located on the corner of Church and South Fullerton.  The high foot traffic is only added to by their frequent trunk shows, parties, fashion shows and styling events.  ATELIER was the official sponsor of Fashion's Night Out 2012 with several showcases and hundreds of attendees.  

Atelier features original designs by international designers, sample sale pieces,reconstructed vintage, couture and pret a porter. It is the most eclectic collection of clothing, jewelry, accessories and bath & body products.

Lacordaire Academy Displays “Forget the Uniform” Exhibit at Atelier Couture Boutique in Montclair

Lacordaire Academy’s Upper School students, grades 9-12, will present their art work entitled Forget the Uniform at Atelier Couture clothing boutique. The collection represents multiple watercolor illustrations featuring conceptual fashion designs inspired by nature. The exhibit will open on Friday, January 18 with a reception from 6 pm – 9 pm at Atelier, a couture and vintage couture retail shop in Montclair.

The public is invited to meet the student artists and enjoy celebratory food, refreshments, and music at an opening night reception. In addition, all guests will be able to vote for their favorite design, which will then be constructed into an authentic outfit and later sold at Atelier. Admission is free.
